A Chicago woman founded It’s Just Lunch in 1991 after her engagement was suddenly called off. She attended her first IJL wedding after the company had been in business for just 5 months.

The Singapore office is helmed by former TV journalist, Anisa Hassan. In 2006, Anisa also won the Singapore Women Malay Entrepreneur Award for her stellar work at IJL Singapore. Anisa has made dating more mainstream as she and her team reach out to so many singles in their fun and unique ways!
